|Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.|
We accept most UK credit and debit cards or PayPal and your payments are processed securely by WorldPay. All prices are shown in GBP (Sterling). At present this is the only currency we are able to accept. Alternatively you may place your order and make payment via phone, fax, or post.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

We're currently running a long term special offer with our postage costs at just £2 with UK delivery absolutely FREE when you spend over £25.
All postage prices above include VAT therefore the checkout pages will show the net postage cost separate from the VAT.
Where do you post to?
We currently only accept orders from and post to addresses within the United Kingdom. Orders can also be sent to BFPO addresses.
How is my order sent?
Most of our packages are sent by Royal Mail or Parcelforce however we reserve the right to use an alternative carrier. It is not currently possible to select a preferred carrier.
When will my order arrive?
Most of our items are dispatched within 2 working days. Wherever possible we try to send your items within 1 working day.
If any part of your order cannot be dispatched within 5 working days then we will contact you either by email or phone. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
In circumstances where a product will usually take longer than 5 days for us to send to you then we will endeavour to provide this information on the product information page.
To keep your delivery charge lower we usually wait and post all items together which may mean a short delay.
Delivery usually takes 1-2 working days from date of posting, but may take longer if circumstances beyond our control disrupt postal services.
Should your purchase be delayed in the post, we will wait 21 days before being able to trace, replace or refund lost items.

|Tax Charges For orders made from the UK. 20% VAT (from 4 January 2011) is included in the price on any item where VAT is chargable. Some items we sell are Zero rated for VAT purposes. Please contact us before making your purchase if you require more information about VAT.|
|Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.|

|Returns Policy enjoymuzic ltd has a 14 day no quibble returns policy on most items. Electronic items, CDs, DVDs, Computer Software, Jewellery and some accessory items (e.g. clarinet reeds) returns will not be accepted unless the item is faulty or returned unopened. All items must be returned wherever possible in the same condition you received them in and complete with all packaging. enjoymuzic ltd reserves the right to refuse to accept an item returned in an unacceptable condition.|
Under the EU Distance Selling Directive you have the right to cancel within seven days of your contract, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). Should you cancel your order you will have your payment returned following our receipt of the goods in the specified condition.
Please do not send us any returned items until you have contacted us. If you wish to make a return please contact us by phone or email detailing your order number, the items to be returned and the reason. We will then issue a returns number together with further details.
Following receipt of your return we will refund the same card used for the purchase with the full purchase amount.
