|Making A Purchase|
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order.
We accept most UK credit and debit cards and your payments are processed securely by PayPal. All prices are shown in GBP (Sterling). At present this is the only currency we are able to accept. Alternatively you may place your order and make payment via phone on 0191 2966544.
When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
We now offer Click & Collect. Just complete the checkout as normal and we'll send send you an email within 1 working day to let you know when you're items will be available to collect from our Royal Quays Store. You'll pay in-store on collection.
Postage just £2.50 or FREE UK Delivery when you spend £25 or more.
The postage price above includes VAT.
Christmas 2017 Delivery
All orders placed by 11pm on Wednesday 20th December will be dispatch in time to arrive before Christmas Day*.
*This excludes deliveries to Scottish Highlands & Islands.
Where do you post to?
We currently only accept orders from and post to addresses within the UK. Orders can also be sent to BFPO addresses.
How is my order sent?
Smaller packages are sent by Royal Mail and larger packages are usually sent by APC Next Day.
When will my order arrive?
Wherever possible we will dispatch your items within 1 working day.
If any part of your order cannot be dispatched within 3 working days then we will contact you either by email or phone. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
To keep your delivery charge lower and offer free delivery over £25 we usually wait and post all items together which may mean a short delay.
Delivery usually takes 1-2 working days from date of posting, but may take longer if circumstances beyond our control disrupt postal services.
Please be aware that if your order is large in size or heavy it will be shipped by APC Overnight who will require a delivery signature.
We currently only deliver to your registered card or paypal address. If you are ordering for a school or organisation then please call us on 0191 2966544.
Missing, Damaged or Delayed Deliveries?

|Tax Charges For orders made from the UK. 20% VAT is included in the price on any item where VAT is chargable. Some items we sell are Zero rated for VAT purposes. We send a VAT invoice with every purchase. Please contact us before making your purchase if you require more information about VAT.|

Payments are processed securely by PayPal and the secure padlock will appear in the address bar when you reach the payment pages.When the order is placed at our website, you choose to pay by Credit or Debit card you are redirected to the PayPal payment site where card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach Paypal's computers. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

|Returns Policy enjoymuzic ltd has a 30 day no quibble returns policy on most items. Electronic items, CDs, DVDs, Computer Software, Jewellery and some accessory items (e.g. clarinet reeds) returns will not be accepted unless the item is faulty or returned unopened. All items should be returned wherever possible in the same condition you received them in and complete with all packaging. enjoymuzic ltd reserves the right to refuse to accept an item returned in an unacceptable condition.|
Under the 2014 Consumer Protection Regulations you have the right to cancel within fourteen days of your contract, or fourteen days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). Should you cancel your order you will have your payment returned to your original payment card following our receipt of the goods in the specified condition.
Please do not send us any returned items until you have contacted us. If you wish to make a return please contact us by phone or email detailing your order number, the items to be returned and the reason. We will then issue a returns number together with further details.
You will be responsible for paying all return delivery charges unless the item is faulty. We can arrange a courier collection on your behalf - the cost of this can vary depending on the weight of the item but is limited to a maximum of £10 including VAT. If you choose to return an item by another courier or Royal Mail we recommend you send any items back by insured delivery as they remain your responsibility until we receive them.
